FIRST --
make sure your computer's speakers are turned on and working properly.
If your computer's operating system is
Windows 98, Windows
98 Second Edition, Windows 2000, Windows ME, or XP or above - you should be able to
hear and view the streaming audio/video without any problems.
To hear the streaming audio, your computer must have
Windows Media
Player
installed. Windows Media Player
comes standard with all of the PC operating systems mentioned in the
paragraph above; however, if you need a new version of
Windows Media
Player....
Also, depending on Resources in your PC, and the amount of Internet Bandwidth you may be limited in Processor or RAM capacity. Therefore, it is best to switch off any other programs, particularly the ones that demand a lot from your PC's processor resources or your Internet Connection (ie: Email Programs, Skype, other Messenger Software, and make sure no other Downloads or Updates are going on.
CLOSE every possible program that is running on your computer - Right click on programs [and Exit] on the right side of the lower tool bar).

Click the DOWNLOAD NOW button. The download will
take approximately 40 minutes if your modem speed is 28.8 Kbs. The download
time will be much less (less than 5 minutes) if you have a faster modem or broadband cable internet
connection.
If your computer's operating system is
Windows 95, or NT 4, or if
you are using a Mac
computer, you may need to download Windows Media
Player.

After you
have installed the player (Media Player), return to the web page to listen/view
the audio/video message.
If the sound and video are playing but the sound or video
quality is poor - follow the following steps
A. while listening to the sound in Media Player109 -
click on VIEW
B. go down to "Enhancements"
C. go over and click on "Graphic Equalizer"
D. FOR Video: at step C above click "Video
Settings"
The equalizer or video settings will appear on the Player. You
can now click on and adjust the various frequencies or colors up or down
until the sound or video quality is the way that you want it.
If you are still having trouble hearing or viewing the
audio/video message, Click Here to

[1] your computer's operating system (i.e. Windows 95, 98,
98SE, 2000, ME, XP, NT, Mac, etc),
[2] the CPU speed if available and your method of accessing the

Browsers
There are TWO primary browsers
available worldwide - they are Microsoft's Internet Explorer and AOL's
NETSCAPE.
Due to browser
incompatibilities - you cannot view or hear any video; audio files; or read
the Daily Devotion if you
are using
NETSCAPE as your browser.
Click

(then click DOWNLOAD; then click OPEN) to download a free copy
of Internet Explorer if
you do not already have it on your computer. MOST computers come with IE
pre-loaded.
To open Internet
Explorer - Go online, close
NETSCAPE (if it is open), click
START,
go to PROGRAMS, then click
Internet Explorer.
Type
www.jesserichministries.org
into the address bar then click GO. You
can now go to the Audio, Video, or Daily Devotion pages and click any
link.

If your Internet Service Provider {ISP} (the company you pay each month to get online
for email and the Internet) is AOL
or CompuServe - you will need to
follow the steps below to hear the AUDIO or
to view the VIDEO. These two
Internet Service Providers use
Netscape as their imbedded browser.
a. go online with AOL or CompuServe
b. open Windows Media Player - after the player opens
c. click the START button on your
desktop, go to PROGRAMS,
click on INTERNET EXPLORER
d. type:

into the browser's address window
e. when the web page loads, click on AUDIO - Broadcasts,
AUDIO -
Seminars, or VIEW
- TV Broadcasts then click the link or the PLAY button of the program you want to
hear or see.
